How to Book an Online Appointment at Huduma Centre: A Step-by-Step Guide

Huduma Kenya has recently unveiled its digitalization plan, necessitating the implementation of an online appointment system. As a result, all visits to Huduma Centres now require prior booking through their website. Whether you need a Police Clearance, ID replacement, or access to NHIF services, it is imperative to reserve your spot online.

Step 1: Registration on Huduma Centre Website

If you haven’t registered on the Huduma Centre website yet, the initial step is to complete the registration process. Follow these steps to register:

1. Visit the official website of Huduma Kenya.
2. Locate the “Book Appointment” button situated on the top right-hand side of the page and click on it.
3. The Account Registration form will appear on your screen.
4. Fill in the required registration details as provided below. Remember to include your mother’s first name.
   • Email (optional)
   • Phone Number (mandatory)
5. After submitting the form, a User Login Page will load, prompting you to enter the Activation Code.
6. You will receive the activation code via the phone number provided during registration. Ensure your phone is within reach.
7. Congratulations! You are now a registered user on Huduma Kenya.

Step 2: Booking an Appointment at Huduma Centre Online

Once you have successfully logged in using your ID Number and Password, you will be directed to the appointment page. Follow the subsequent steps:

1. On the left side of the page, you will find preloaded details.
2. On the right side, select the nearest Huduma Centre from the Service Centre options.
3. A drop-down menu labeled “Service” will appear, displaying all the available services provided by the selected Huduma Centre.
4. Once you have chosen the desired service, the Appointment Time and Date fields will become active, enabling you to select an available timeslot.
5. After selecting the appropriate timeslot, save your appointment.
6. You will receive an SMS confirming your booking, along with a request to print the booking slip.

Important Reminder:

Remember to bring the printed booking slip and refrain from deleting the SMS sent to you. You will be required to present either the booking slip or the text message upon your visit to the selected Huduma Centre at the designated date and time.
