The family of Costa Titch, the late South African artist, has announced that a memorial and tribute service is being held today via Instagram. In a lengthy post, the family thanked the Titch Gang community worldwide for their support during this difficult time.
The Tsobanoglou family expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from Costa Titch’s fans. They shared that they had already said their final goodbye to their son in a private ceremony surrounded by close family and an abundance of love last Wednesday, 15 March. However, they wanted to extend a gracious act by holding two memorial services, allowing friends, partners, stakeholders, and most importantly, the Titch Gang community to pay their final respects.
The first service will be held on Saturday, 18 March 2023, at Bloom 14 Hawley Road Bedfordview. The dress code is all black with a touch of green, and tickets are available for free. Members of the Titch Gang community who are on the WhatsApp line will also have an opportunity to secure limited tickets. The family stressed that the tickets are not for sale, and people should not exchange money with any third parties for access to the memorial service.
For safety and security reasons, members of the public who do not have tickets are encouraged not to come to the venue but instead join the service virtually. The entire service will be available live on YouTube, so anyone can experience it from anywhere in the world.
Furthermore, the family revealed that a second memorial will be held in Costa Titch’s home province of Mpumalanga, with additional information to follow.
In closing, the Tsobanoglou family thanked everyone once again for their unwavering support and love during this emotionally trying time. “CONSTANTINOS ISOBANOELOU, 1995 – to infinity. TITCH GANG FOREVER,” they concluded.
