Pauline Njoroge, a political commentator and blogger affiliated with the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance coalition party, has responded to the recent report about individuals who embezzled millions of taxpayers’ money intended for stadium construction during former President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration.
In her latest Twitter post, Njoroge criticized President William Ruto and his supporters for denying their involvement in the Kenyatta government following the 2018 handshake between Kenyatta and Raila Odinga. Despite these claims of sidelining, Njoroge pointed out that individuals such as Trade Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria and newly-appointed Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) board chair Antony Mwaura were among those who misappropriated funds meant for stadium development. Njoroge’s response was prompted by a headline report in the Nation Newspaper published earlier today.
We were not in government and other short stories 😅
